Managed Services - WAN Monitoring & Management
To compliment our portfolio of Unified Communications products and services 2e2 has developed partnerships with National and Global Service Providers in order to provide complimentary Wide Area Network (WAN), Internet, Voice and Data Centre services. As such 2e2’s role is one of a Convergence Integrator specialising in the design, implementation, support and management of converged networks that enable our customers to deliver time sensitive applications between head office, Data Centre, regional office and mobile worker. 2e2 is not tied to any particular Data Centre or Data Centre Provider, which means we are able to source Co Location rack space within multiple Data Centres that best meet the needs of our clients as well as the associated Internet and WAN connectivity.
We design solutions encompassing one or more of our Service Provider partner’s connectivity products and compliment these with our in house portfolio of flexible services to provide highly bespoke solutions. We provide a valuable filter between customer and Service Provider; our Provisioning team, NOC team and Service Delivery Management team take ownership for all aspects of Service Provider order management and provisioning, escalation management and ongoing service management respectively, which we believe saves our customers both time and hassle and provides them with greater visibility of network availability, capacity and performance.
2e2 provides a cost effective method for the customer to unify VoIP, IP and WAN design ensuring optimal Quality of Service (QoS). 2e2 enables customers to reduce the overhead often associated with Service Provider management, to gain network management visibility and ultimately to reduce capital and revenue costs.
