2e2 announces completion of Morse acquisition
Acquisition further enhances 2e2’s position as one of the UK’s leading IT services and solution providers
Newbury, 21st June 2010 – 2e2, a leading provider of mission-critical IT services, today announced the completion of its £69.8 million acquisition of IT services and technology company Morse. Morse is the most significant addition to the 2e2 group to date, almost doubling the size of the organisation. Together the two businesses are expected to gain annual revenues of £414 million elevating the financial standing of the combined group.
The acquisition will see the two specialist technology companies form a substantial, services-rich organisation that will deliver a differentiated, scalable range of technology and services across the ICT lifecycle. The expanded portfolio will enable 2e2 to offer even more compelling propositions that address today's organisational needs, creating broader and deeper customer relationships. 2e2's core business will retain its agility, flexibility and technical excellence and will deliver an enhanced range of end-to-end IT services, benefitting existing and new customers.
